What can circus themed team building offer my employees?
Circus performance is about bravery, perseverance, creativity, trust, and last but not least, cooperation. All of this is part of the experience when you get thrown in at the deep end, trying out juggling, acrobatics, balancing and much more, together with professional circus performers in a team building session. Team building at the Circus Museum will strengthen your social capital, and experiencing each other letting go of your façade, helping each other will become easier, and warm laughter will fill the workplace.
Who can be a part of the team building?
Everyone can join in, regardless of age and physical ability. You will notice, that a smile will sneak up on you quite quickly, joined by the drive to succeed. Oftentimes, the largest talents turn out to be those who we least expect beforehand.
What do you offer?
The physical aspect of the circus is the priority in our team building sessions at the Circus Museum, but it can always be combined with a tour in our museum. Then, you will also get to listen to amazing stories from the circus world, and be inspired in your own work moving forward. We are more than happy to arrange food and beverages (sandwiches, coffee, cake etc.) as well, depending on your wishes.
How many can join?
A team building session can be put together for everything between 5 and 150 participants.
Is it possible to host our meetings as well?
We also offer inspiring venues to hold meetings, up to 150 people. We gladly offer our services to be part of the meetings with intermissions consisting of learning to juggle in 15 minutes – a great break activity after having lunch, for example.
